All of our services, especially this one, exist to make your life easier and stress free. You can trust us to supply you with the best products, as well as top quality customer service. 
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

Here at Quack Lanyards we strive to put out the best products we possibly can. We are a one person operation and with that being said we can only do so much. All of your orders are held to the highest standards and orders are made as they come in. We do not any offer refunds what so ever on custom orders simple because they are custom and one off. Not everyone has the same taste in color or lanyard styles. We cannot except returns unless for some reason the product we shipped you failed in some way and we will need to discuss why and what happened for it fail. The only way we will exchange any item is because of the wrong size ordered or the product you ordered isn’t a  custom order.
